1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. The promotion will run from 16 January 2025 to 27 March 2024.
5. This promotion is exclusive to Golden Horse Rewards Members. Non-carded guests must sign up to the rewards programme participate.
6. Participants must play Slots or Tables every Thursday at Golden Horse from 08h00 – 21h00 and earn 50 points to qualify.
7. Qualifying members must be actively playing Slots or Tables between 19h00 – 21h00 to stand a chance to be selected and win.
8. The RAPS electronic system will be used to select 10 winners per promotional day (6 Slots and 4 Tables). The promotion team will announce the winner during the session.
9. A share of up to R720k in Cash and +Play is up for grabs during this promotional period.
10. There’s a guaranteed Toasteez vouchers exclusive to all the Spin & Win new Tsogo Sun App users and all the winners who register on the playTSOGO platform.
11. Participants may be selected more than once but can only win once per session.
12. Participants will be required to produce a positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID, SA drivers licence or Passport) or Golden Horse Rewards card. Should the winner not have their identification on hand, Patron Management will be used to verify.
13. Each verified winner will be required to spin the SPIN & WIN wheel to determine the prize. If they cannot spin the wheel, they will be allowed to choose someone who will spin on their behalf.
14. Winners will be awarded the prize as advertised in the mediums used to advertise the promotion.
15. +Play prizes will be valid for 7 days from the day of issue.
16. PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes won.
17. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
19. Prizes are to be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not representative), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize(s) were won. The casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the proxy nomination form or otherwise readily available.
20. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
22. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and a draw date/s.
23. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation
24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
