Golden Horse is once again set to host the highly anticipated and action-packed Golden Horse Sprint! Taking place at the Hollywoodbets Scottsville Racecourse on Saturday, the 31st of May 2025!
The Golden Horse Sprint – first made horse-racing history in 1962 and is now celebrating 63 glamorous years as one of the most prestigious events on the entertainment calendar. This highly regarded event is the oldest and richest sprint in the county, with R5.2 Million in prize money at stake for horse racing enthusiasts! Golden Horse Sprint is the only Horse racing event in the country with four Grade 1 sprint races over 1,200 meters of speed, power, and skill. Horse racing enthusiasts can view a field of the most elite horses from all around South Africa at this live event.
