1. No persons under 18 years may enter this competition.
2. This competition is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
3. Participants may enter the competition draw by accessing the casino’s social media pages directly. Participants must interact on the online medium to qualify for an entry to the draw e.g. by commenting/liking/sharing.
4. Tsogo Sun is committed to protecting your privacy. By entering this competition, you agree to our data practices as set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. A maximum of 1 individual entry can be entered per person per draw.
6. The competition closes on 13 February at 23:59.
7. The prize winner will be selected by way of a random draw at 12h00 on 13 February 2025 at Golden Horse Casino in Pietermaritzburg. The winner does not need to be present and will be contacted via social media direct message on the day of the draw. A social media post on the Golden Horse social media page will also be published on the day of the draw.
8. All you need to do to enter is to tell us: WHAT’S YOUR IDEAL DATE NIGHT? In the comments section on our Facebook competition post. Remember to use the hashtag #Goldenhorsevalentinesgetaway.
9. Only 2 winners will be selected from the combined entries collected.
10. Every participant in the competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
11. All reasonable steps shall be taken to contact the prize winner via social media.
12. Winners are requested to acknowledge receipt of the notification within 24 hours of the notification, or an alternative winner will be chosen (Redraw).
13. The winner will have until the 28th of February 2025 from the time of notification to collect their prize at the Tsogo Rewards Desk at Golden Horse within operational hours, and must present an acceptable form of identification upon receiving his/her prize.
14. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. Each prize is for 2 people only.
16. 2 X Ultimate Valentine’s Getaway including the following: One night stay at the Golden Horse Hotel including breakfast, R500 Café Vigour meal voucher.
17. The prize excludes transport to and from Golden Horse Casino.
18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device or online system used for the competition draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
20. Neither Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company (PTY) Limited, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, their Directors, Officers, employees or agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by the prize winner or any of his/her invitees, as a result of the prize winner having taken up the prize. The prize winner hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Tsogo Sun Casino Management Company for any such loss, damage, injury or death.
21. Any person transgressing the rules of this competition will be disqualified.
22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
