- Any person who is under the age of 18, or who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from gambling and/or participating in this promotional competition.
- This promotional competition is exclusive to new Golden Horse Rewards Programme cardholders and it is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
- The promotion will run from 01 April 2024 – 12 April 2025.
- Rewards Cardholders must play Slots or Tables at Golden Horse and earn 50 points per ticket to qualify.
- Tickets earning will be capped at 50 tickets per guest.
- Each draw will be exclusive to the Golden Horse Rewards cardholders who signed up two month prior draw date.
- Qualifiers must activate their draw tickets on draw days from 09h00 to 19h45.
- The draws will take place on the selected Saturdays.

- Qualifying members must be present for the draw or nominate a proxy. Proxy forms will be made available at the customer service desk whilst ticket printing is available.
- 5 lucky winners will be drawn manually from the Tombola.
- A share of R10, 000 is up for grabs per promotional day.
- Winners/proxies must be present for the draw. The winners/proxy will be given 90 seconds to present themselves with identification (SA ID, Driving License, or Valid Passport) and their ticket receipt.
- PA system will be used to announce winners and prizes.
- Proxies or Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize(s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
- Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the Prescribed Proxy Form and or the Patron Management System. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
- Nominees or Proxies may not represent more than one (1) Participant.
- Participants may be selected more than once but can only win once per draw. A redraw will take place if a winner is drawn more than once.
- Draw tickets cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
- Tickets awarded to participants are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
- Should the winner not have the identification, reasonable steps shall be taken to verify the winner using Patron Management System. Should proof of identification not be available on Patron Management System or the system is offline, verification will not be possible and the onus is on the winner to present a valid and acceptable form of identification
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. This may include rescheduling times and draw dates.
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
